1. The initial approach in Hofam Capital property investment is to locate properties through direct brokers in our selected markets or through commercial platforms. Once a property meets our criteria, we work with our brokers to get all the necessary information's on the property.

2. After we have run the initial informations received through our criteria funnel and the property qualifies, we submit an offer on the property to the seller broker or directly to the owner.

3. When offer gets accepted, we then put the property in a contract. When in contract, we perform thorough due diligence on the property; double checking all current leases, financial records, performance of property, market research, appraisal reports, property inspection reports, outstanding liens or judgement on the property and the overall history of the property.

4. After completing the due diligence and property finally meets our final criteria. We work with our investment lenders to secure the debit financing to purchase the property. During this stage is where we work with our lenders on the best terms to meet our investment goals.

5. Once we have secured the debt financing with a lender, we then reach out to our investor partners to raise the equity portion of the funds including our own and then close on the deal.

6. The property is then assigned to our affiliate property management company to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property by providing professional services to residents and the maintenance of the property overall.
